Obituary of Maria Icaro

Maria (nee Cervellini) Icaro, 86, of Brookhaven, PA passed away Monday September 16, 2013. She was born in Castelli Italy to the late Eugenio and Rosina Cervellini. Mrs. Icaro was the wife of the late Pasquale Icaro, who died in 1999. Maria was raised and educated in Italy, until moving to the United States in 1954. Mrs. Icaro was a member of The Church of Our Lady of Charity, Brookhaven, PA. Maria worked for many years, as a seamstress with B. Gross Menswear, Media, PA, until her retirement. Her passion for sewing was often shared with her family and friends. Maria was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother who will be sadly missed by her family. Survivors Sons: Dante' (Earlene) Icaro of Aston, PA and John (Dolores) Icaro of Brookhaven, PA Grandchildren: John (Natasha) Icaro, Addie Icaro and step-granddaughter Breanna Canning. Brothers: Furio and Francisco Cervellini and their wives of Italy. Also survived by her nieces, nephews, a family friend Scott who assisted with her care and many cherished friends.
