Obituary of David C. Tsai

David C. Tsai, age 72, of Middletown Twp., Media, PA, died Saturday, April 6, 2013 at home. Mr. Tsai was born in Hong Kong, China, and had been a resident of Middletown Twp., PA since 1980. Mr. Tsai worked with Mercedes-Benz, as a Chief Engineer in Taiwan, China. After coming to the United States, he and his wife became involved in the restaurant business. They were the owners of DaShin Restaurant in Prospect Park, PA, and Middletown Twp., PA, for thirty years. Mr. Tsai was a parishioner of both the Church of St. Francis de Sales, Lenni, PA and Holy Redeemer Chinese Catholic Church, Philadelphia, PA.
