Obituary of Robert N. Werner
Robert N. Werner, 65, of Media, PA and formerly of Clifton Heights, PA died Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at Penn Hospice, Philadelphia, PA. Mr. Werner was born April 12, 1947 and was a graduate of Temple University with a BA Degree in Psychology. He was employed with IBE W Local 380 as an Instrumentation Technician.
Mr. Werner was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during the Vietnam War.
Bob loved his family and especially enjoyed spending time with his grandson Dustin. Bob's passion was the Arts and he especially loved music. He was gifted with a singing voice and was a member of Bryn Mawr Mainliners Barbershop Chorus for 14 years, Mt. Hope United Methodist Church Choir and the Bryn Mawr Mainliners Barbershop Quartet. Mr. Werner was a long standing member of the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the Philadelphia Orchestra. He loved art, the theatre, orchestra music, playing his guitar, photography and recording music. Bob also enjoyed hiking, camping, skiing, going to the beach and the Phillies.
