Obituary of Ralph H. Buschman

Ralph H. Buschman, age 81, of Aston, PA died peacefully at home Sunday, August 5, 2012, after his courageous battle against a rare blood condition, DIC, hoping his life would help others. Ralph was born in Atlanta, GA. He was a U.S. Korean War Veteran, where he was a Meteorologist. Ralph retired from the U.S. Postal Service after 37 years and was employed part time for T.A. Title Inc. Co. for 6 years. Ralph was a 45 year member of the former Upland United Methodist Church and a current member of Lima United Methodist Church, where he was a long time choir member. Mr. Buschman was a volunteer and director of Aston Meals-on-Wheels for many years and a member of the Aston Senior Citizens, where he served on the board for 10 years. Ralph was a loving and devoted husband, father, pop-pop and great-grandpop and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. He was the son of the late Hargrove and Adele Roberts Buschman, the brother of the late Forrest Buschman and Harold Buschman and the uncle to the late Gary Buschman.
