Obituary of Richard Paul Miller

Richard Paul Miller, age 86, of Media, PA, formerly of Springfield, PA, died at home on Wednesday, October 2, 2024.

Dick was a graduate of Bucknell University with a BA in Education, and he received his Master’s Degree from Villanova University. He was a teacher with Springford High School and then at Sun Valley High School, where he later became Assistant Principal.

Dick was a world traveler, going on more than 20 cruises with his traveling partner, Jim T. Martin, Jr. He was on 6 of 7 Continents, including Moscow, Russia, Singapore and Australia as well as Kenya. Dick also enjoyed fishing in the outer banks.

Son of the late Paul J. and Grace E. (Johnson) Miller; Devoted Partner the late James T. Martin, Jr.

Visitation: Tuesday, October 8^th after 10:00AM at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.

Funeral Service: Tuesday, October 8^th at 11:00AM at the funeral home.

Interment will be private at Glenwood Memorial Gardens.
