Obituary of Joseph Taylor III

Joseph Taylor III, age 59, of Upland, PA, died on Wednesday, June 12, 2024.  He attended Chester High School.  Joe was a diesel mechanic/shop foreman with GWSI for 8 years.  He worked with the Borough of Upland with highway and maintenance for many years.

Joe was a devoted member of the Upland Fire Company, where he previously served as the Chief Engineer.

Joe enjoyed working on cars and building models.  He also was a Philadelphia sports fan.

Son of the late Joseph Taylor, Jr.

Granddaughter: Makayla Taylor

Sister: Cindy (Paul) Mumley

Nieces: Sarah (Eric), Laura, Christa

Visitation:  Thursday, June 20^th from 11:30-12:45PM  at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.

Funeral Service: Thursday, June 20^th at 1:00PM at the funeral home.

Interment: Upland Baptist Churchyard.
