Obituary of Elizabeth K. Bramble

Elizabeth “Betty” Bramble passed away peacefully on June 8, 2024 at the age of 91, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished moments. She was born and raised in Chester, PA to Joseph and Cecilia Kuliszewski on February 16th, 1933. She was a graduate of the former Notre Dame High School in Moylan, PA. Known as “Kus” by her classmates she graduated with honors in 1950. She played for the varsity basketball team.

 

She was a parishioner of St John Chrysostom and Our Lady of Charity. She was employed by Widener University for 17 years. In 1996, she moved from Wallingford, PA to Crystal River, Florida, where she was able to enjoy the warm weather and sunshine. After retirement she volunteered with the Special Olympics in Florida.

 

She enjoyed the beach, watching tennis, and was very proud of her polish heritage. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, and great-grandmother with a magnetic smile.

 

Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Cecilia Kuliszewski. Her sister Theresa Kuliszewski. Her beloved husband Donald H. Bramble of 69 years.

 

Survived by Daughters: Diane Swaner and Barbara Bramble Goldberg. Sons Donald, David (Sherri), Daniel, and Joseph Bramble. Grandchildren: David, Christopher, Aaron, Samantha, Carly, Rachel, Kevin, Matthew, and Eric. Great-Granddaughters: Riley, Ava, Aurora, and Caroline.

All of these she loved and touched deeply.

 

Visitation: Wednesday, June 19th from 9:30-10:15am at the Church of Our Lady of Charity, 231 Upland Rd., Brookhaven,  PA 19015.

Funeral Mass: Wednesday, June 19th at 1030am at the Church.

Interment: SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
