Obituary of Phyllis A. Stevick

Phyllis A. (Quinif) Stevick, age 100, of Upper Providence Twp., Media, PA, died on Sunday March 3, 2024 at Riddle Hospital. 

Phyllis was raised in Maumee, Ohio and graduated from Maumee High School. She graduated from St. Vincent’s Nursing School in Toledo, Ohio.  Phyllis was a nurse for 50 years, starting her career as a proud U.S. Army Nurse at the end of WWII.  She retired from Riddle Hospital after many years.

Mrs. Stevick was a parishioner at the Church of Nativity BVM, Media, PA.

Phyllis enjoyed activities outdoors with her husband and family. They played tennis, went bike riding and sailing. Phyllis also spent time gardening.  

Daughter of the late Jules and Eva (Servais) Quinif; Wife of 56 years to the late Glenn E. Stevick; Mother of the late Gail E. (the late John) Roberts. She was predeceased by her brothers and sisters.

Survivors:

Sons: Glenn E. (Nancy) Stevick of Pitman, NJ, and Gerald E. (Kathleen) Stevick of Pottstown, PA.

Also survived by 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren

Visitation: Monday, March 11th after 10:00AM at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.

Funeral Service: Monday, March 11th at 11:00AM at the funeral home.

Interment with Military Honors: Glenwood Memorial Gardens, Broomall, PA.
